Introduction

The course covers all project portfolio cycle where it defines basic project portfolio terminologies, introduces project portfolio models and presents projects evaluation techniques.

This highly practical course will provide you with the tools and knowledge to implement a Project Portfolio Management (PPM) approach within your organisation.
