The BMC Training Blog is written and maintained by the BMC Training Editorial Team. This is the content team at BMC Training, a professional training provider delivering courses in management, leadership, human resources, finance, administration and other fields in London, Dubai, Istanbul, Kuala Lumpur and other cities.
Our aim is simple: to publish clear, accurate and practical guides that help professionals and organisations build skills and make better training decisions. This page explains who we are, how we create content and how to contact us if something needs correcting.
Who writes our content
Articles on this blog are produced by the BMC Training Editorial Team rather than a single named author. The team plans topics based on the questions professionals and training managers ask us. It researches each topic using reliable published sources and edits every article for accuracy, clarity and usefulness before publication.
Where an article has been reviewed by a named subject-matter expert, such as a BMC trainer, we will show their name and role on that article.
Our editorial standards
- Accuracy first. Statistics, research findings and definitions are taken from credible sources such as peer-reviewed research, professional bodies, government publications and established consultancies. We link to these sources so readers can check them.
- Practical value. Every article should help the reader do something: understand a concept, compare options, prepare for a role or apply a framework at work.
- Clear separation of advice and promotion. Where we mention BMC Training courses, we do so because they are relevant to the topic. Guides should be useful even if the reader never takes a course with us.
- No invented experts or reviews. We do not publish fake testimonials, fabricated quotes or fictional author profiles.
- Plain language. We explain technical terms and write for busy professionals, including readers whose first language is not English.
Use of AI tools
We may use AI tools to help with research, outlining or drafting. Any AI-assisted content is checked, edited and fact-checked by our team before it is published, and we remain fully responsible for everything on this blog.
Keeping content up to date
Training needs, regulations and best practice change. We review important articles regularly, update facts and examples when they go out of date, and merge or remove pages that no longer meet our standards. Where an article has been substantially updated, the date shown on the article reflects the latest update.
Corrections and feedback
If you spot an error, an outdated fact or a broken link, please tell us through the BMC Training contact page. Include the article title or URL. We review every correction request and update the article where needed.
Free resources
Some articles include free downloadable templates and guides, such as a supervisor interview questions PDF, an assistant manager job description template and a departmental budget template. These are free to use, with no sign-up required.
